Q&A

How much beer do we get?

Our homebrew is made in 5 gallon batches. This is the equivalent of 53 12-oz beer pints, but we bottle it in about 29 22-oz bomber glasses. There is usually a little volume loss throughout the brewing process, so your final quantity will be slightly less than this. Because this is a particularly important and high quality beer, we recommend that bartenders pour out around 4-6 oz for each guest at a time, so that everyone has a chance to taste.

Can I choose what kind of beer I get?

Absolutely! Right at the beginning, we work with you to choose a vision for your beer and set a recipe together based on our years of experience. You get to choose what style, ingredients, and flavors - so you can make it truly your creation!

Can I choose the name and design of the beer?

Yes! Everything from the name of the beer, to the design on the poster and labels on the bottles are all up to you. You just tell us what your vision is, and we make sure it happens.

What do I do with the poster and bottles?

These are designed to be keepsakes to bring back memories of your special day. Customers are encouraged to place their beer poster near their welcome table or the bar, so that guests can sign the border with their thoughts on the taste and give you their well wishes. After the event, you can hang it on your wall at home! The empty bottles can be given out to guests or reused if desired.

What is the purpose of the video?

The whole reason wedding guests are there is because they are interested in your love story! Our short video is our way of helping you tell your unique love story to your guests, all while showcasing the intention and fun that you had together while crafting a beer for their enjoyment.

Will my venue let me serve my own beer?

It depends. Customers must check with their wedding venue to see if they can serve their own beer first. Some wedding venues are picky and don't let you bring your own alcohol. We insist that customers ensure that they are allowed to serve their own beer at their reception before we engage.

Where does the brewing take place?

In your home! We believe that the best way to learn homebrewing is in your home. Any standard kitchen will do, and we will bring any equipment that is needed. All we need is a good stove and a sink with sink faucet that we can attach a hose to.

How much lead time does the brew need?

We recommend a minimum of one month before your intended serving date. The beer takes time to ferment, bottle, and carbonate. You can brew your beer anytime between one to six months before your wedding. If your wedding is coming up any sooner than that, then I'm sorry, we can't help you.

What if the beer doesn't turn out good?

We make sure that it will! We have never brewed a bad batch, and we will walk you through how to brew a good batch for yourself. And if for whatever reason the beer spoils or turns bad, we provide a 100% Moneyback Guarantee. We stand by our beer, and guarantee that you will be happy with yours.
